These online classes give you a taster of what’s covered in the Back to Work Confidence 3 month programme. (By the way, the full programme starts after half-term on Wednesday 9 November).

Or you have so much that you need to get done and you’re not getting anything done because you don’t even know where to even start.
I will share with you 5 super smart ways to cope with overwhelm so that you can get more done. Maybe you can’t have it all but you can have what’s most important.
If you can’t make the class live it will be recorded and available afterwards (I know life gets busy as a Mum) but if you can make it live, I’ll be able to answer your questions during the class.
