Join me for a Mastermind Morning (Tuesday 15 November) to get clarity and focus on you and your work confidence. (If you want to get straight to it, book your spot HERE).
Many people aren’t sure if a group is for them or whether the format of a mastermind is for them. That’s why I’ve come up with the Mastermind Morning so you can come along and ‘try it out‘. It’s also a chance to ‘try me out’ too as the facilitator and coach.
Many of the mums I’ve talked to recently aren’t familiar with the mastermind concept. Some mums are already in a group but they don’t call it a mastermind so didn’t even know that’s what they were in.
A mastermind is simply a group of like-minded individuals who come together for a common purpose or goal, to share knowledge, skills and experience. Put that way, I’m sure you can think of times when you have been part of a mastermind group.
As well as a spot of networking with like-minded women, you will be encouraged (gently or more robustly if needs be) to put your business or career challenge in the hot seat and benefit from the ideas, knowledge and experience of the group, as well as appreciate their support and encouragement. Mums always love this opportunity to have others second guess their ideas and plans. I’m sure you’ll love it too.
Come and try it out – even if you’re not sure you’re ready or can commit to the full Mastermind you’ll get loads from this Mastermind Morning so do come along.
What I love about the groups that I run is that
- the discussions are structured and facilitated
- everybody in the group has a fair share of the time to focus on their specific business decision. (Though some might come for the networking opportunity. And that’s fine too).
- planned with busy mums in mind. It’s a 10.30am start. (This isn’t school so you won’t get told off for being a few minutes late because of the school run but it helps me if I know in advance). It’s an easy commute, a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station in central London. We’ll be finished around 1.30pm – time for a quick browse of the shops (a shame not to if you’re already here) and still be home in time for school pickup.
Some mums I’ve talked recently told me they don’t have time to spend out of the business. This is time ON the business. Spending time ON your career or business is never wasted time. Far better to take time to make decisions that fit you and your business than spend hours busy IN work or business only to realise a few weeks or months later, you were too busy being busy to make the effective decisions. The decisions that really are right for you.
Your next Mastermind Morning is Tuesday 15 November.
Whether or not a mastermind is the right next step for you, you will leave your Mastermind Morning with one key decision that you need to get from stuck to successful.
