Lots of the women I have talked to recently plan to go back to work or change jobs in January. It’s a good transition point after Christmas and it’s a great way to start the New year.
But what if you don’t want to spend the next two months job hunting especially in the run-up to Christmas. What I find though is that come January, it’s so easy get caught up with the New Year busyness at work … new projects launch, new budgets get agreed, appraisals to manage. Suddenly before you know it, it’s February and you’ve not got very far with your job search.
Which is why I’ve come up with 5 ways to kick start your job search that take 5 minutes or less. You could do one a week over the next five weeks and give yourself a head start over the other job hunters in January.
Of course my number one recommendation is to book yourself on my Career Confidence 1 day workshop (next one is Saturday 9 November) where we’ll go through all 5 of these in much more detail.

p.s. If you want to invest in practical hands-on career coaching to boost your job search even more, join me in November at my Career Confidence workshop for £200. (A blinder of a bargain when you compare to a Career Power Hour for £99). The workshop is tailored to the needs of the group and most women who come are looking for that next career move. The next one is Saturday 9 November find out more here.
