The Confident Mother book starts with my personal story of family tragedy, near fatal head injury in a racing accident, postnatal depression, retraining as a breastfeeding counsellor and confidence coach, and now running a successful business that provides a perfectly imperfect balance with a happy family life.
In this collection of learnings, more than 20 inspirational mothers and prominent experts share their innermost secrets on how they balance those five elements to be a confident mother in the modern world.

A judging panel, including the author of The Confident Mother, will select their five favourite #confidentmother tips. The winners and their tips will be announced on Wednesday 9 September 2015 on Twitter, on Facebook and on this page.
A #FREE copy of The Confident Mother book will be sent to five winners who will be asked to provide their full postal address. The book is published on 17 September 2015. The prizes will be sent out as soon hard copies of the book are available to the author. If you are a winner, and you have already purchased a copy of the book, you can request that your prize be mailed to a friend.
