From the 25+ interviews covering topics from self-care to mindset, leadership to productivity, there were threads and connections that explained and explored how to confidently balance your work and life. I don’t know about you but I noticed the same things crop up time and time again.
That’s what I want to share with you in this additional session – essentially a ‘highlights’ session. The first step was always about taking care of yourself. Knowing it is one thing; putting into action is something else! Then came 4 other elements that I always talk about with my clients and in my online courses, but I am seeing them even more clearly now.
