The Confident Mother

Supporting parents on their breastfeeding and infant feeding journeys

Postnatal support

Sherry offers three ways to work with her for postnatal support:

  • Book a private home visit (£120)
  • Book a breastfeeding support call on Zoom (£40)
  • Visit her at Baby Cafe Bromley on Monday mornings (FREE).

About Sherry’s experience as a breastfeeding counsellor

Sherry is an experienced breastfeeding counsellor who trained with NCT and qualified as a Breastfeeding Counsellor in 2010, with the University of Bedfordshire.

Since then she has supported 100s of parents at breastfeeding drop-ins, antenatal breastfeeding sessions and private one-to-one breastfeeding support. She specialises in supporting athletes whether recreational or elite.

She has also spoken on stage and facilitated postnatal and breastfeeding workshops at the Baby Show in London.

Postnatal home visits

Book a private postnatal home visit (£120) with Sherry for 1:1 breastfeeding support with sore or damaged nipples, tongue tie assessment, effective positioning & attachment issues, milk supply or slow weight concerns, and much more. It doesn’t matter whether you are exclusively breastfeeding or combination feeding using formula milk or expressed milk.

Evening and weekend appointments available.

For home visits, Sherry covers the London Borough of Bromley i.e. Bickley, Bromley, Chislehurst, Orpington, Petts Wood and West Wickham.

Outside of these areas, there will be a travel charge. Contact me first to confirm the travel charge before booking your home visit.

Your home visit includes two weeks of follow-up via WhatsApp or email.

For families I’ve already worked with through NCT, I offer free Zoom support calls.

Support calls on Zoom

You can book a Zoom call with Sherry to get breastfeeding support with sore or damaged nipples, tongue tie, effective positioning & attachment issues, milk supply or slow weight concerns, and much more, whether you are exclusively breastfeeding or combination feeding.

You can expect the call to last from 20 to 50 minutes depending on the topic. The appointment blocks out a full hour in my diary so we don’t feel rushed. Your Zoom call includes two weeks of follow up support via WhatsApp or via email..

Evening and weekend appointments available.
