When was the last time you stretched your comfort zone at work?
Currently I’m in the running for NCT President.
Oh boy, is it bringing up mixed emotions for me: fear, excitement, vulnerability. Because I’m stepping up to do something bigger than I’ve ever done before.
And it’s WAY outside of my comfort zone.
It’s scary. But also incredibly exciting and if I’m elected, it will be amazing. And totally worth every scared moment.
But all this stretching and stepping up … THIS has sown the seed of an idea in my mind.
What if …
What if I created something that will help women like you to:
- face your fears and do something bigger
- stop the overwhelm and step out of your comfort zone
- get clear on what’s most important so you get the career success you want.
You have to stretch your comfort zone when you go for that promotion, when you join a new team, when you take on new responsibilities, when you interview for a job, or when you pitch to your firm’s most important client.
And when you do, there’s that heady mixture of excitement and fear.
The doubts
But … when you stretch your comfort zone, that’s when the doubts kick in … am I good enough, am I expert enough, am I experienced enough, am I young enough.
I know I’m not the only one that has these doubts.
Chatting to a friend on Monday evening, I realised that the reason I’m feeling calm (despite the scary feeling in my stomach) is BECAUSE OF the techniques and strategies that I have learned and developed over the last twenty years. Strategies I’ve been teaching my VIP clients since 2012.
Now I’m on a mission. I’m a go big or go home kind of girl. I want to share something special with you.
Are you one of my 25 women?
I am looking for 25 women to join me in something completely new … only if you’re serious about taking that next step in your career.
(And yes if you read about this earlier in the week because you get my weekly newsletter, you’ll know I was talking about 100 women. That would work if I was doing a free challenge, but when it’s a paid for course, hmmm doubting myself already. And 25 means I get to give you much more personal attention so you’ll get better results).
Do you want to take that next step in your career?
It might feel scary but you know you need to do it.
It might seem overwhelming but you know it will be worth it.
It might feel easier to not do anything but you know you’ll regret it.
Just imagine …
But just imagine how you’ll feel when you get that promotion. Just imagine what you’ll do with the extra money when you get that payrise. Just imagine what impact it will have on your career when you breeze the pitch to that big client.
If you want to be one of my 25 women, what I’m asking of you:
You’ve got to be committed to your career. You’ve got to be willing to get stuck in. You’ve got to be willing to feel that fear … and do it anyway. You’ve got to give me feedback at the end.
We’ll start in October. It will be short. Sweet. Intense. Like the best dark chocolate.
Videos, worksheets, and live Q&As.
Hands up
Hands up if you want to discover how to stretch your comfort zone at work.
Today, I’m gauging reactions. Hands up if you want more information. (So at this point, don’t just put your hands up in the air – email me. That’s obvious, right?) Even better, click here to book and pay for your place.
Of course it will be way cheaper than working with me normally because it’s a pilot and I’m trying something new.
If it’s not for you, who else do you know who could do with this?
