The Confident Mother is about celebrating and loving life as a woman and as a mother. Everything I do is to help you to create a feeling of confidence as a woman and as a mother. To do that, you need to balance five different elements in your Confidence Circle: work, wellness, contribution, family, and feminine.
The right balance is unique to each woman and will change at different stages in your life. Get these five elements in balance and you will love your life – you will have more confidence, energy, clarity, focus, fun with your family and you will feel fulfilled.
Today I am focussing on two elements Wellness and Family in particular. Wellness – I want to reduce my stress levels and sense of overwhelm by focussing on simplicity and relaxation. Family – I want to spend quality time with my family in August so that my children know that I am fully present. My big mission in life is about children having happy memories of family life. That for me means mum is not spending all day on her computer writing blog posts.
