The way I see it, to live your life powerfully as a woman and a mother, you need to balance five confidence elements.
How you balance those elements is unique to each woman and will change at different stages in your life. Get these five elements balanced in the way that’s just right for you right now and you will love your life. It’s about where you focus your time, energy and emotion. When you do this in a way that feels right for you, you’ll have the confidence to live your life powerfully as a woman and mother. To confidently balance work and life.

Fabulous. Very often with busy mums, it’s the wellness – whether physical, emotional or mental wellness – gets put to one side.
I would add sense of self. But great five!
Yes that’s a good one and I think for me, when I work with women, sense of self comes into contribution – knowing who you are, what you value, how to value yourself. Thanks Honey.
