Helping ambitious women in technology fully unlock their leadership potential

Top recruitment agencies for ambitious women who want flexible working

Lots of the women I talk to or work with, whether mums going back to work after a career break, or women looking for alternative roles or even careers, want to know the best agencies and websites for part-time, job share or flexible working roles.

I work with women who are ‘stuck’ in their career or keen to find a different work-life balance or looking to go back to work after a career break. Over time, I developed a list of recruitment agencies and job sites that specialise in part-time or flexible working. I’ve personally connected with each and every one of these agencies. Some are very niche e.g. lawyers only or jobshare only. Others have a broader remit.

I’ve done all the hard work for my clients scouring the internet and now I’m sharing this directory of agencies with you too.

Get your free copy of my directory <<HERE>>.

p.s. If you know of a recruitment agency that specialises in part-time, flexible working or job share roles, and deserves to be added to my directory, please get in touch.
