The Confident Mother

Supporting parents on their breastfeeding and infant feeding journeys

15th October 2017

Why fresh air networking is so good for you

Fridays are for Fresh Air Networking! A group of fabulous women joined me for a Walk & Talk on Friday in the woods around Chislehurst.

I love getting out in the fresh air – when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed, a walk in the woods will always make me feel better. Even when I think I haven’t got time for a walk, fresh air and activity energise me so that I get home feeling inspired and ready to get creative and make more effective decisions.

Here are a few photos from our walk with the changing Autumn colours.

If you love the sound of fresh air networking, why not start something your local area. Or if you are in North West Kent / South East London, come and join us one Friday. Simply click here to check the dates and reserve your space.

Love this idea Sherry, combining two of my favourite things:) It is something for me to consider for next year 🙂
